Job Title: Female Real Estate Telecaller

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Female Real Estate Telecaller to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have previous UAE real estate telecalling experience and excellent communication skills to engage with potential clients, generate qualified leads, and support our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and respond to inbound inquiries.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule appointments for property viewings and consultations.
- Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Provide professional customer service and represent the company positively.
Requirements
- Female candidate.
- Previous UAE Real Estate Telecalling experience is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in handling inbound and outbound calls.
- Strong lead generation and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
