Job description
- Should be able to communicate with clients about the services offered.
- follow up with them in order to close the business deals
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams
- Analyzed blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other construction documents to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates for ongoing projects.
- Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain our company’s products or services to customers.
- Researching, developing, and modifying products to meet customers’ technical requirements and needs.
- The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
- Calculating client quotations Negotiating tender and contract terms.
- Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing to terms and conditions.
Work Details
- Generate Inquires and Leads by identifying Prospects
- Regular Sales follow up of all quotations and order negotiations/finalizations
- Achieve Sales objectives and Targets
- Negotiate with Customers on price, costs, delivery and specifications, Job finalization and Order Handling
- Monitor Project / Site Progress
