Salary: AED 4,000 + Attractive Commission (Up to 20%)
We are seeking a confident and ambitious Female Sales Consultant to join our growing real estate team in Dubai.
Preferred Nationalities: European, Emirati, Russian, and Romanian candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calling and lead generation activities
- Follow up with potential clients and schedule meetings
- Present and promote real estate investment opportunities
- Participate in social media shoots, promotional videos, and marketing campaigns
- Build strong relationships with clients and close sales opportunities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable appearing in social media content and video shoots
- Sales experience is preferred; real estate experience is an advantage
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Target-driven and self-motivated
