Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Identify potential clients in need of interior fit-out services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Attend networking events and trade shows to meet new clients.
Sales & Business Development:
Present the company’s services, ensuring potential clients understand the offerings, value proposition, and process.
Prepare and submit proposals and quotes to clients.
Close sales deals and achieve revenue targets.
Collaboration with Design and Project Teams:
Work closely with the design team to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Coordinate with project managers to ensure smooth execution of projects post-sale.
Ensure client expectations are met during project development and handover.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
Keep an eye on the latest trends in interior design and fit-outs.
Understand competitors’ offerings and pricing to stay competitive.
Negotiation & Contract Management:
Negotiate prices, timelines, and terms of service with clients.
Prepare and manage contracts, ensuring all legal aspects are covered.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain accurate sales records and report regularly on sales performance.
Track leads, conversions, and other sales metrics.
Key Skills Required:
Sales Skills: Strong ability to sell, negotiate, and close deals.
Product Knowledge: Understanding of interior design, construction, and fit-out services.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
Networking: Ability to connect with potential clients and influencers in the industry.
Project Management: Basic knowledge of how projects are managed within the interior fit-out industry.
Customer Service: A focus on providing excellent customer service, understanding client needs, and delivering on promises.
Qualifications:
Typically, a background in business, sales, or interior design would be beneficial.
Previous experience in sales, preferably in the construction, interior design, or fit-out sector, can be a huge advantage.
Knowledge of design software or understanding technical drawings can be useful.
Able to speak Hindi & English
must have valid UAE driving license
Salary: 3000 AED + Incentive
