Job Description:
We are looking for a smart, energetic, and motivated Female Receptionist & Marketing Sales Executive to join our ladies’ gym team in Al Khraitiyat, Doha.
The ideal candidate should have strong marketing and sales skills, be experienced in social media, and know how to attract new customers and convert inquiries into memberships.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome members and visitors professionally.
- Sell gym memberships and promote all gym services.
- Follow up with potential clients through WhatsApp, phone calls, and social media.
- Manage social media inquiries and respond promptly.
- Create marketing ideas and help increase memberships.
- Convince potential customers to join the gym through excellent communication and sales skills.
- Build strong relationships with members and provide outstanding customer service.
- Assist with social media content and promotional campaigns.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in reception, sales, or marketing.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong sales and persuasion skills.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp Business, and social media marketing.
- Creative, confident, and target-oriented.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a gym or fitness center is preferred.
