Optical Company in UAE Seeks Versatile PRO & Field Operations Officer
We are a dynamic optical company seeking a proactive and skilled individual to join our team as a PRO & Field Operations Officer. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a mixed office and fieldwork environment, excels in administrative tasks, and has expertise in UAE government processes (e.g., PRO, visa/tehsil).
Key Responsibilities:
Handle office tasks including data entry, document preparation, and customer service using MS Office tools.
Manage PRO-related duties such as visa processing, government transactions (tehsil), and company documentation.
Conduct fieldwork including delivery of goods, errands, and liaising with government offices.
Flexibility to work both inside the office and outside based on daily operational needs.
Ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
Requirements:
Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
Proven experience in administrative roles, PRO tasks, and fieldwork.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong knowledge of UAE government processes (visa, tehsil, etc.).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
Physical fitness for fieldwork (lifting goods, driving, etc.).
Available full-time (6 days/week).
We Offer:
Fixed Salary: 3,000 AED/month.
Employment visa (if needed; existing visa holders must provide NOC from current employer).
