Key Responsibilities
- Accommodation & Facilities Management: Supervising daily operations, including room allocation, cleaning, maintenance (plumbing, electrical), and keeping the premises in safe, orderly condition.
- Welfare & Compliance: Acting as the main point of contact for employee grievances, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, health standards, and company regulations.
- Security & Safety: Managing security personnel, conducting regular inspections, and implementing emergency response procedures, such as fire safety protocols.
- Logistics & Operations: Overseeing the pantry/mess hall, managing food supply, planning menus, and coordinating transportation for staff.
- Reporting: Preparing reports for management regarding camp occupancy, maintenance issues, and incident reports.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 7-10 years proven experience as a Camp Boss or in a similar supervisory role within the construction sector.
- Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
