Female EYFS Nursery Teacher Jobs in Dubai at ECC INTL. CITY
Responsible for cleaning, treating, and finishing garments, textiles, and other items using specialized dry-cleaning and laundering equipment. This role ensures customer items are properly cleaned, pressed, and returned in excellent condition while following safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate dry-cleaning and laundering machines to clean various fabrics and garments.
Inspect clothes for stains, damage, or special cleaning instructions before processing.
Pre-treat stains and use appropriate chemicals to remove them safely.
Adjust machine settings based on fabric type and cleaning requirements.
Press, steam, and finish garments to ensure a professional appearance.
Tag and track customer orders to prevent mix-ups or lost items.
Perform minor repairs, such as button replacement or small stitching, as needed.
Maintain and clean dry-cleaning equipment regularly to ensure proper functioning.
Follow safety guidelines when handling cleaning chemicals and operating machines.
Provide excellent customer service, answering questions about cleaning processes and special requests.
Package cleaned garments and prepare them for customer pick-up or delivery.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in dry cleaning or laundry services (Preferred).
Knowledge of fabric types and appropriate cleaning methods.
Ability to identify and treat stains effectively.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to lift and carry laundry loads.
Familiarity with safety procedures and handling cleaning chemicals.
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred).
On-the-job training provided for entry-level candidates.
Experience operating dry-cleaning or pressing equipment (Preferred).
Work Environment:
Fast-paced laundry and dry-cleaning facility.
Exposure to chemicals, heat, and steam from equipment.
Requires standing for long periods and lifting heavy loads.
