We are an established joinery company in Dubai delivering high-quality bespoke joinery and fit-out projects across the UAE. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team.
Role Summary:
You will act as the key link between site teams and production, ensuring smooth communication, schedule tracking, and timely resolution of project issues from workshop to installation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate between site, production, procurement, and management
• Track project schedules and production progress
• Monitor deliveries and installation timelines
• Manage project documentation and status reports
• Escalate delays, site issues, and pending approvals
Requirements:
• Experience in joinery, fit-out, or construction (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proficient in MS Office; MS Project is an advantage
