Key Responsibilities :
- Calendar Management: Managing and coordinating executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Operational Support: Following up on daily tasks and project deadlines to ensure timely completion.
- Communication Liaison: Handling phone calls, emails, and professional correspondence with clarity and professionalism.
- Meeting Coordination: Preparing meeting agendas, recording minutes, and ensuring all necessary materials are ready for executive sessions.
- Administrative Oversight: Organizing and maintaining digital and physical filing systems with a focus on data security.
- Documentation: Drafting official letters, reports, and high-quality presentations.
