Female E-Commerce & Marketing Executive — Onsite in UAE Jobs in Sharjah at Ecom Rise
We are looking for a talented and proactive Female E-Commerce & Marketing Executive to join our team onsite in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily e-commerce operations and online orders
- Communicate professionally with customers through calls, WhatsApp, and social media
- Confirm customer orders and maintain proper follow-up
- Handle customer queries, complaints and after-sales support
- Plan and execute social media and digital marketing activities
- Research trending and profitable products for our online store
- Assist with product listings, descriptions, pricing and promotions
- Suggest creative ideas for building the company and founder’s personal brand
- Create content ideas for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other platforms
- Coordinate with the internal team to improve sales and customer experience
Requirements:
- Previous experience in e-commerce, digital marketing or customer service
- Strong English communication skills; Arabic or Urdu/Hindi is a plus
- Good understanding of social media platforms and online selling
- Confident in speaking with customers and confirming orders
- Creative, responsible, organized and sales-focused
- Basic knowledge of Shopify, Meta Ads, Canva, or similar tools is preferred
- Must be available for a full-time, onsite position in the UAE
