Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Manage incoming phone calls and WhatsApp chats to ensure swift communication.
Customer Needs Assessment: Identify and assess customer needs to ensure high satisfaction.
Record Management: Maintain and update customer records in the company’s CRM.
Complaint Resolution: Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
Process Management: Process and transfer orders, forms, applications, and requests to relevant departments.
Record Keeping: Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Feedback Management: Provide feedback to enhance the efficiency of the customer service process.
Customer Support: Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support.

Job Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant customer care experience in the UAE
Skills:
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Client Facing experience
Scheduling
