Job Summary

The Mechanical Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales growth by promoting mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and related industrial products. The role involves managing client relationships, providing technical support, preparing proposals, and ensuring customer satisfaction through strong product knowledge and effective communication.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage sales opportunities for mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and industrial products.
  • Conduct client visits, present product features, and deliver technical demonstrations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical sales documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business development.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new product opportunities.
  • Provide post-sale technical support and ensure high customer satisfaction

Mandatory Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or in Technical Sales in related industrial fields such as hand or power tools, hydraulic products, systems, spare parts, heavy equipment parts, or similar.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related mechanical field.
  • Strong understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
  • Good computer skills and professional communication abilities.
