FEMALE CLEANER SUPERVISOR Jobs in Doha at new state facility management
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Female Cleaning Supervisor to join our team.
Requirements:
- ✅ Good experience in Cleaning and Hospitality
- ✅ Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and hospitality standards
- ✅ Ability to train and supervise female staff in cleaning and hospitality work
- ✅ Good communication and leadership skills
- ✅ Ability to organize daily cleaning activities and staff duties
- ✅ Previous supervisory experience is preferred
- ✅ Good English communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage female cleaning staff
- Train staff on proper cleaning, housekeeping, and hospitality standards
- Monitor staff performance and ensure quality of work
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and professional service standards
- Prepare and coordinate daily work schedules
- Ensure staff follow company policies and safety procedures
