Job Description:
We are looking for a professional and organized Receptionist & HR Assistant to join our team in Dubai Industrial City. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a welcoming attitude, and basic knowledge of HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:
Greet and welcome visitors with a positive attitude
Answer phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth office operations
Handle courier and deliveries efficiently
HR Duties:
Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation
Support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates
Help onboard new employees and ensure they complete necessary paperwork
Assist in leave management and tracking employee attendance
Prepare basic HR reports and assist with administrative tasks
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
Prior experience as a receptionist or in an HR-related role is preferred
Proficiency in English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of HR functions and office administration
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and stay organized
