Job Summary: The Factory Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the factory’s operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality while adhering to production timelines and project objectives. This role involves managing factory personnel, optimizing production processes, maintaining equipment, and collaborating with key stakeholders to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage overall factory operations including production planning, resource allocation, and quality control
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes, minimize waste, and maximize efficiency
- Oversee plant layout and production flow for modular and prefabricated building systems
- Manage factory personnel, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and discipline
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Prepare and manage factory budgets and operational costs
- Coordinate with sales, engineering, and procurement departments to meet project deadlines
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all factory operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in manufacturing management, preferably in precast/prefabricated construction
- Proven experience in precast factory production including design, production, and erection
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Saudi building codes and regulations

- Prefabricated construction manufacturing management: 10 years (Required)
