Job Description
Roles & ResponsibilitiesConduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance and repair needs. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for facility maintenance and repair projects. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in facility operations. Manage facility budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effective maintenance and operations. Develop and implement energy conservation initiatives to reduce facility operating costs. Troubleshoot and resolve facility-related issues in a timely manner.
Develop and maintain facility documentation, including equipment manuals and maintenance records.
