Head Chef Jobs in Dubai at Creneau International Middle East

Location: Dubai South
Requirement: Must be willing to be assigned in Dubai South.

  • Oversee all kitchen operations and ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality food.
  • Lead, train, and develop the kitchen team while maintaining a positive and professional work environment.
  • Plan menus, recipes, and food presentations in line with the restaurant concept and standards.
  • Monitor food quality, portion control, and consistency across all dishes.
  • Manage food cost, inventory, purchasing, and waste control to achieve budget targets.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and health regulations.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and manage stock levels to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Collaborate with restaurant management on menu development, promotions, and special events.
  • Schedule kitchen staff and oversee productivity and performance.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper maintenance of all kitchen equipment and work areas.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing food-related concerns and continuously improving the dining experience.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of kitchen team members.

Pay: AED18,000.00 – AED20,000.00 per month
