About the Role
We at Madama Group are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and safety of our premises. This is a Hybrid position: you will coordinate and manage facilities, on-site teams, and vendors remotely, ensuring our locations run smoothly, efficiently, and in full compliance with health and safety standards, creating a clean, functional, and welcoming environment for employees and visitors alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operation, maintenance, and upkeep of buildings, equipment, and grounds.
- Oversee and coordinate maintenance staff, cleaning teams, and external vendors or contractors.
- Schedule and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance work.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Manage facilities budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with service providers and suppliers.
- Respond promptly to facility-related issues, emergencies, and requests.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Plan and oversee space allocation, office moves, and minor renovation projects.
