Façade Foreman Jobs in الرياض at LUCKY FABRICATORS STEEL CONSTRUCTION FZE LLC
We are looking for an experienced Facade Foreman to supervise and manage facade installation activities on site, ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and according to approved drawings and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily facade installation activities and site workers.
- Manage and allocate manpower, tools, and materials.
- Read and understand shop drawings and installation details.
- Supervise installation of aluminium cladding, ACP panels, curtain walls, and facade systems.
- Ensure proper alignment, levels, dimensions, and finishing quality.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers and QA/QC teams.
- Monitor daily work progress and report to the Site Engineer/Project Manager.
- Identify and resolve installation issues at site.
- Ensure compliance with HSE and working-at-height requirements.
- Coordinate material requirements and site readiness.
- Guide and train workers on proper installation methods.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in facade/cladding installation.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a Foreman/Supervisory role.
- Strong hands-on experience with aluminium cladding, ACP, curtain wall, glazing, or facade systems.
- Ability to read and understand technical/shop drawings.
- Experience managing installation crews.
- Good knowledge of site safety requirements.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Candidates available to join immediately are preferred.
