Facade Estimator Jobs in Dubai at GBH International Group
We are seeking a Facade Estimator with 4–5 years of experience in façade estimation to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and tender submissions for aluminium and façade projects while ensuring competitive and timely bids.
Key Responsibilities
- Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for façade and aluminium works, including curtain walls, windows, doors, structural glazing, and cladding.
- Perform quantity take-offs from architectural and shop drawings.
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare tender submissions and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams during the tendering process.
- Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving solutions.
- Ensure all estimates are completed accurately and submitted within deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of experience as a Facade Estimator, preferably in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of aluminium and façade systems, including curtain walls, glazing, ACP cladding, windows, and doors.
- Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and estimation software.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
Pay: AED6,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per month
