We are seeking a skilled Facade Draftsman to join our dynamic construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating precise and detailed facade drawings that support the design and execution phases of our high-profile projects, ensuring quality and accuracy.
Responsibilities:
– Prepare detailed facade drawings and drafting models.
– Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop facade designs that meet technical and aesthetic requirements.
Interpret architectural and structural designs to ensure facade elements are accurately represented.
Prepare precise fabrication/production drawings and material take-offs (BOM/BOQ) for factory production and site installation
– Review and update drawings based on feedback from the design team and site requirements.
– Assist in preparing material take-offs and cost estimates related to facade elements.
– Ensure compliance with local building codes and industry standards in all facade drawings.
– Maintain organized documentation of all drawings and project changes.
– Support site visits to verify measurements and assess facade installation progress.
