Requirements:
Overall experience: More than 4 years
Candidates with ITI or equivalent and fabricator certificatewill be required
Good Management Skills– Should have minimum 3-4 years of proven experience managing a team of 15 welders and fabricators under him(References are mandatory
).
Must be able to read shop drawings – Should have minimum 3 years of Fabricator experience.
Hand-on experience – Hands on experience is a must for MIG, Arc Welding, Grinding, Drilling, etc.
Minimum qualification S.S.C. (10th grade certificate pass).

Language: Hindi and English mandatory
