Urgent Hiring – Male Camp Boss
We are looking for an experienced Camp Boss to manage a labor accommodation with more than 1,000 workers in Qatar.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Camp Boss in Qatar
- Experience managing large labor camps with 1,000+ workers
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to deal with workers’ welfare, discipline, and camp-related issues
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Valid QID with transferable visa
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily and monthly camp reports
- Monitor camp occupancy and vacant bed reports
- Coordinate daily with the catering team and monitor meal quality
- Maintain workers’ attendance and absent workers records
- Handle workers’ health and welfare issues
- Ensure camp discipline and compliance with company rules
- Monitor transportation buses and prepare weekly bus condition reports
- Track food delivery vans and parcel meal distribution to site workers
- Arrange accommodation for newly mobilized workers
- Manage workers’ arrivals, departures, and room allocations
- Conduct daily checklists and walk-through inspections
- Coordinate with Operations and HR departments for smooth camp operations
Duty Hours: 10 Hours per Day
Weekly Off: 1 Day
Salary: Depends on Experience
