Job Title: Facilities Management (FM) Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Management (FM) Coordinator with experience in handling customer complaints and resolution. The ideal candidate will oversee daily FM operations, coordinate maintenance activities, and ensure prompt resolution of customer issues. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilities Coordination:
Oversee daily FM operations, ensuring all facilities are maintained to high standards.
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and inspections for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.
Liaise with service providers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and quality service.
Maintain records of maintenance activities, contracts, and compliance documents.
Customer Complaints & Resolution:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer complaints related to facilities and services.
Investigate and analyze complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Communicate resolutions clearly to customers and escalate issues when necessary.
Develop strategies to improve service levels and enhance customer satisfaction.
Health, Safety & Compliance:
Ensure all FM operations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Conduct periodic risk assessments and implement corrective actions.
Promote a culture of safety and preventive maintenance.
Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare and maintain reports on FM activities, complaints, and resolutions.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to FM efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Recommend process improvements for enhanced service delivery.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in FM coordination and customer complaint handling.
Fluency in Arabic & English (spoken and written).
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in FM software and reporting tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
