We are looking for a talented professional Executive Travel Consultant to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
Planning and designing travel packages to suit the client’s needs.
Coordinating travel bookings, holidays, and transport operations to provide efficient, prompt, courteous, trouble-free, and proactive service to guests; hence maximizing revenue and guest satisfaction.
Understanding the client’s travel policy and guiding them appropriately.
Providing consultation to clients with excellent knowledge and application of travel supplier rules.
Maintaining active communication and seeking to expand knowledge of the current state of various travel industries supported.
Providing clients with industry information such as low fares, exchange costs, and penalties.
Fulfilling all requests regarding necessary regulations.
Providing professional written communication when dealing with email inquiries or confirmations.
Working well as part of a team, exhibiting objectivity, being open-minded toward ideas and feedback, contributing to team spirit, and taking pride in the service provided.
Qualifications
Proven experience of 3 years and above within the travel industry.
Knowledge of Amadeus, NDC systems.
Must have a corporate travel background and UAE experience.
Must be present in UAE with either immediate joining or a 30-day notice period.
Strong knowledge of travel industry trends, destination management, and package design.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Proficient in travel booking systems and software.
