Job Description:

Responsible for executing daily administrative tasks and organizing communications and appointments to ensure smooth workflow within the department.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and maintaining files and documents
  • Coordinating meetings and arranging venues
  • Monitoring daily administrative tasks
  • Data entry and preparing simple reports

Required Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (Administration or related field)
  • Computer skills (Word, Excel)
  • Good organizational and communication skills

Experience:

  • 1 to 2 years
