Lead Qualifier Jobs in Dubai at Centennial Financial Solutions DIFC
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Lead Qualifier to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting incoming leads, understanding their financing requirements, assessing their initial eligibility, and qualifying genuine prospects before forwarding them to the appropriate sales or banking team.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact new leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Respond to incoming leads promptly and professionally.
- Understand the client’s business, financial requirements, and purpose of financing.
- Ask relevant questions to determine the client’s initial eligibility and financing potential.
- Identify genuine and qualified prospects based on company requirements.
- Collect basic information required for initial lead assessment.
- Understand whether the client requires business finance, corporate finance, working capital, trade finance, mortgages, equity release, or other financing solutions.
- Qualify leads based on factors such as business activity, financing requirement, company profile, turnover, and available documentation.
- Identify the appropriate financing solution based on the client’s initial requirements.
- Forward qualified leads to the relevant sales/banking team with complete and accurate information.
- Maintain accurate lead information and communication history in the CRM.
- Follow up with leads who do not respond initially.
- Re-engage older leads where there is potential for financing.
- Maintain proper lead status and ensure no qualified lead is missed.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly lead qualification targets.
- Coordinate with sales and banking teams to ensure smooth lead handover.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and documents.
Requirements
- Previous experience in lead generation, lead qualification, telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or sales.
- Experience in banking, financial services, loans, or finance is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Strong questioning and qualification skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements quickly.
- Good objection-handling and persuasion skills.
- Target-oriented and highly motivated.
- Good knowledge of CRM systems.
- Basic understanding of business financing and banking products is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Location: Dubai, UAE
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
