- Manage the Managing Director’s daily calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodation, and transportation.
- Organize board meetings, executive meetings, and conferences by coordinating logistics, preparing agendas and supporting documents, and attending meetings to accurately record, transcribe, and distribute minutes.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, while serving as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and senior executives.
- Draft, proofread, and edit reports, presentations, contracts, and other business documents, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and timely delivery.
- Maintain and manage both physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring records are well-organized, easily accessible, and handled with the highest level of confidentiality and data security.
