Responsibilities:
- Record daily transactions, invoices, receipts, and expenses.
- Prepare invoices and follow up on pending payments.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Assist with bank reconciliation and financial reports.
- Handle petty cash and maintain proper records.
- Check supplier invoices and supporting documents.
- Maintain accounting files and documents.
- Support the Senior Accountant with daily accounting tasks.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 1–2 years of accounting experience.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
- Basic knowledge of VAT is an advantage.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
Pay: AED1,714.88 – AED5,217.77 per month
