Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell construction-related services and products. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, preparing quotations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets within the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction industry.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, site visits, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and government clients.
  • Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and project opportunities.
  • Coordinate with operations, procurement, and finance teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project pipelines.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide after-sales support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in construction, building materials, contracting, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of the Qatar construction market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Valid Qatar Driving License.
  • Transferable Visa with NOC preferred.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience dealing with Ashghal, Kahramaa, QatarEnergy, Manateq, contractors, and consultants.
  • Familiarity with tendering processes and construction project requirements.
  • Existing network within the construction industry in Qatar.

Pay: QAR6,000.00 – QAR10,000.00 per month
