Logistics Co-ordinator Jobs in Sharjah at Aum International FZE

Job Purpose:

To perform the various delivery and shipping documentation functions required in the company.

Duties:

· Complete delivery cycle responsibilities from receiving IRNs to material deliveries, shipping and final documents to the customers.

· Keeping track of client POs, AUM LPOs/FPOs and their delivery dates.

· Following up on pictures of PNs, Origin, Manufacturer, Export Packing and Shipping Documents: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading/Air Way Bill, Authorisation Letters, DA, CI, PL, Transfer documents, Import Bill of Entry, Export Bill of Entry.

· Legalisation of shipping documents from MOFA and Consulates.

· Co-ordination with TPI inspection companies for inspections in the warehouse.

· Making sure that the materials are delivered well in time before the PO Delivery Date to the customers.

· Getting FCR or Proof-of-Delivery document.

· Visiting warehouses to physically check the materials and packing for correctness.

· Following up on Final Documentation from manufacturers/suppliers.

· Preparation of Shipping Documentation in Hard and Soft Copies as per client’s requirement.

· Sourcing new Shipping and Packaging Companies.

· Negotiation with Shipping, Logistics and Packaging Companies on freight, storage and other charges.

· Proper documentation and filing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,300.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
