Job Summary:
Job Summary

The Partnerships Executive sits at the intersection of Member experience and commercial growth across TEC’s KSA portfolio. With a strong commercial mindset, you’ll support and take ownership of the full partnership lifecycle, from prospect identification and negotiation through to execution, optimisation and performance analysis, while curating Member events and experiences that create connection and retention. You’ll foster strong relationships with Members, partners and cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and drive upsell across all TEC products & services, ensuring both deliver measurable commercial outcomes and sustained growth.

Responsibilities:
Partnerships & Business Development

  • Identify and onboard high-value B2B and B2B2C partners aligned with TEC’s commercial objectives and brand positioning.
  • Drive partnership-led revenue growth by identifying and executing upsell opportunities across TEC’s Products & Services.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with key partners, acting as the primary point of contact for all partnership matters.
  • Represent TEC at industry events and networking forums across KSA to strengthen brand visibility and source qualified leads.
  • Develop and maintain the Member Benefits portfolio through strategic sourcing and partnership negotiations in professional development, F&B, hospitality, lifestyle & wellness.

Community & Member Experience

  • Develop and host Community initiatives that connect Members; from introductions and curated networking to a balanced programme of business, educational, social, lifestyle and Member-appreciation events.
  • Build relationships that drive satisfaction and retention, using every interaction to understand Members’ businesses and surface opportunities to connect them.
  • Promote exclusive Member Benefits, upsell TEC services, and resolve Member enquiries with a hospitable, service-oriented approach.

Events, Brand & Communication

  • Monitor local conferences and events across KSA to identify partnership and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Plan and execute co-hosted partner events that generate pipeline and revenue, and showcase TEC spaces with measurable outcomes.
  • Create Community and partnership-focused content for social and internal channels to drive visibility and engagement.
  • Create co-branded collateral and promotional content that drives partner promotion of TEC.

Strategic Insights & Administration

  • Track partnership and Community performance metrics – deliverables, activations, ROI,msatisfaction and retention – to surface opportunities, optimise effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with HQ and the local team to develop and roll out new initiatives, including SOPs and supporting materials.
  • Support miscellaneous tasks as required, collaborating across departments to support team success and drive strategic outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience in partnerships, business development, or a related commercial role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Experience in end-to-end event coordination and stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborative, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong interpersonal skills and an interest in partnerships, sales enablement, and external engagement.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Legally authorised to work in Saudi Arabia.
