Main responsibilities
Develop and update menus, standardize recipes to ensure consistent quality and presentation.
Oversee daily kitchen operations and workflow efficiency.
Lead, train, and motivate a kitchen staff.
Manage food and labor costs, manage budgets, order supplies, and minimize waste.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of culinary experience.
At least 3–5 years experience as executive chef or head chef in an international or fine-dining establishment.
Extensive experience in international cuisine.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent time management and attention to detail.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
