Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer transactions including remittance and foreign exchange
- Assist customers with international money transfers
- Deliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships
- Resolve customer queries and ensure smooth branch operations
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a UAE exchange house is required
- Strong knowledge of remittance and foreign exchange
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred
