An Executive Assistant (EA) position is available in the specialty coffee sector. Proven experience in the specialty coffee industry is required.

Responsibilities:

  1. Support the executive director in organizing and managing daily work schedules.
  2. Coordinate meetings and events.
  3. Experience in market research and data analysis.
  4. Manage internal and external communications, representing the company on behalf of the executive.
  5. Prepare reports, workshops, write minutes, and draft internal policies and procedures.
  6. Monitor projects, execute tasks.
  7. Provide administrative support to the team.
  8. Participate in developing new strategies to improve internal operations and increase efficiency.
  9. Review internal policies and financial reports, and monitor compliance and quality standards.
  10. Monitor key performance indicators for internal and external systems and governance.
