Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including hotels, offices, and premium customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Present product offerings, including floral arrangements and indoor plants, in a compelling manner.
- Provide guidance to clients on sustainable floral and plant options.
- Collaborate with the design and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales (experience in flowers or indoor plants is a plus).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Knowledge of flowers, plants, and sustainability trends is desirable.
- A proactive and customer-centric attitude.
- UAE driving license preferred.
