Your job includes:
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our CEO MEA and contribute to the success of our newly established entity in Dubai. In particular you will
support the CEO in all administrative and organizational matters, acting as his right hand and ensuring the smooth running of all office operations.
independently organize and coordinate calendars, appointments with internal and external stakeholders, and travel plannings to ensure that everything runs smoothly
monitor and process timely payments of company invoices ensuring compliance with financial regulations
prepare and edit presentations, reports, and other key business documents in exciting projects to successfully achieve our common goals
reacting flexible to new challenges and task and manage logistics and internal communications
handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Preferred profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance, or a related field and experience in a similar role as executive assistant or in an office management role
Excellent organizational skills, hands-on mentality, and attention to detail
Proactive mindset, high level of discretion, and ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Excellent command of English both written and spoken, and ideally a proficiency in Arabic or German to be able to communicate confidently and professionally in an international environment
Strong financial understanding, experience with financial reporting tools is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint and digital collaboration tools
