Job Description: Delivery Rider (Experience with Noon, Talabat, and Deliveroo)

Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Delivery Rider who has worked with popular platforms like Noon, Talabat, and Deliveroo. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of local routes, excellent customer service skills, and a proven ability to handle deliveries efficiently. This role requires someone who is committed to ensuring timely and safe deliveries while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivery Management:
Deliver orders to customers in a timely, efficient, and safe manner, adhering to Noon, Talabat, and Deliveroo guidelines.
Follow the most efficient routes and make use of navigation tools to ensure prompt deliveries.
Ensure accurate order picking, packaging, and timely delivery to customers.
Customer Interaction:
Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a professional and courteous attitude during each delivery.
Address any customer inquiries, concerns, or issues politely and resolve them efficiently.
Ensure all customer feedback is communicated to the operations team for continuous improvement.
Platform Usage & Order Tracking:
Use the Noon, Talabat, and Deliveroo apps to receive, track, and manage orders, ensuring timely updates and communication with the platform.
Ensure accurate order details are recorded in the system, including delivery status, time, and any customer-specific instructions.
Safety & Maintenance:
Ensure that the delivery vehicle (motorcycle, bicycle, or car) is in good working condition and safe for use.
Follow all road safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe driving record and protect yourself and others.
Perform regular checks and maintenance on the vehicle, reporting any issues promptly to the supervisor.
Compliance & Reporting:
Maintain proper documentation for deliveries, ensuring all delivery logs and receipts are accurate.
Adhere to company policies and guidelines related to deliveries, customer service, and safety.
Report any delivery issues, delays, or damages to the supervisor in a timely manner.
Ad-Hoc Tasks:
Assist with other tasks as needed, including warehouse duties or supporting team members during peak periods.
Participate in training programs to improve skills and stay updated on platform updates and procedures.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience as a delivery rider with platforms like Noon, Talabat, and Deliveroo.
Familiarity with local routes and delivery areas.
Strong knowledge of road safety rules and traffic regulations.
Ability to use smartphones and mobile apps effectively for managing deliveries.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple deliveries efficiently.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Physical fitness and the ability to handle deliveries in all weather conditions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Own a reliable motorcycle, bicycle, or car (depending on the platform’s requirements).
Experience with both food delivery and e-commerce deliveries.
Fluency in Arabic is a plus, but not required.
Basic understanding of handling payments or cash on delivery is an advantage.
