We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Event Sales Executive with proven experience in the UAE wedding and events industry.
This role is ideal for a confident sales professional who understands not only how to generate and close business, but also the importance of client relationships, event coordination, and seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to incoming leads professionally and promptly
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable event solutions
- Prepare professional proposals and quotations
- Conduct consistent follow-ups and convert leads into confirmed bookings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners
- Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure smooth event execution
- Manage the client journey from the initial enquiry through to event completion
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and maximize revenue per booking
• Achieve individual and monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience within the UAE events industry is mandatory
- Strong experience in wedding events is mandatory
- Excellent sales, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
- Strong understanding of event operations and coordination
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Confident, proactive, target-oriented, and commercially driven
- Strong knowledge of the UAE events and wedding market
