Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Automobile Sales Consultant to join our team at a leading 4×4 modification garage. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting clients in finding the perfect 4×4 modification solutions to meet their needs.
Responsibilities:
Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner to understand their requirements and preferences.
Provide expert advice and recommendations on 4×4 modification options, including accessories, performance upgrades, and aesthetic enhancements.
Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively to potential customers.
Assist customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
Fluent in English.
Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably within the 4×4 modification industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Passion for automobiles and 4×4 vehicles.
Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
Proficient computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Valid driver’s license.
