A well-established entity is seeking an experienced Event Manager to lead the planning and execution of an upcoming Musical Festival. The ideal candidate must hold a Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) and possess a proven track record of delivering classical music or performing arts events. This role combines structured project management with hands-on event delivery, with primary responsibility for leading the project and coordinating cross-functional internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end musical festival delivery using established project management methodologies.

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and risk registers for the events team.

• Ensure overall musical festival delivery remains strictly within scope, budget, and timelines.

• Develop progress tracking dashboards, follow up diligently with the team, and draft regular project reports.

• Oversee festival production, rehearsals, and live performances on-site. Coordinate on-site event execution to ensure high-quality delivery and manage real-time operational challenges to guarantee seamless continuity.

• Lead the project across cross-functional internal teams, including Technical (production, acoustics, staging), Logistics (transportation, equipment, scheduling), Operations (venue and crowd management), Administration (permits and compliance), and Hospitality (artist and guest services).

• Coordinate team activities, track deliverables, and ensure alignment across all functions without direct line management responsibility.

• Facilitate open communication and collaboration across all internal business pillars.

• Hold full responsibility for artist and touring musician management throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Manage relationships with artists, orchestras, conductors, agents, and touring parties.

• Plan and oversee complex artist logistics, including travel, accommodation, visas, rehearsals, and performance schedules.

• Ensure full delivery of technical and hospitality riders in strict compliance with classical music standards.

• Act as the primary coordination point for all artist-related requirements across internal teams.

• Develop and track project budgets while ensuring strict cost control and processing timely payments.

• Manage contracts with artists, vendors, and partners, ensuring absolute compliance with financial and contractual obligations.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, sponsors, and partners to provide regular project updates and ensure alignment on deliverables.
