Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and emails from customers professionally and promptly.
- Assist customers in selecting products and provide product knowledge.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth sales process.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with computers and sales software.
