Estimator / Quantity Surveyor – Joinery & Fit-Out
HKZ, a leading interior fit-out and joinery company based in Dubai, is seeking an experienced Estimator / Quantity Surveyor with expertise in joinery and fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for joinery and interior fit-out projects
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and BOQs
- Perform quantity take-offs for joinery and interior works
- Prepare BOQs, cost plans, and tender submissions
- Source and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams
- Monitor project costs and support cost-control activities
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
Requirements
- 3–5 years of UAE experience in joinery and interior fit-out
- Strong knowledge of materials, joinery, and production processes
- Experience in quantity take-off and BOQ preparation
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel (mandatory)
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with joinery factories or fit-out contractors
- Familiarity with UAE market rates and suppliers
- Immediate joiners preferred
