Estimator – Interior & Fit-Out Jobs in Dubai at Bravacasa Interior LLC
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our Interior & Fit-Out team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and supporting the tendering process for commercial and residential fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior and fit-out projects
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents
- Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and tender submissions
- Conduct site visits when required for accurate assessment
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams
- Monitor project costs and assist in cost control
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in interior fit-out estimation (UAE experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of materials, market rates, and fit-out processes
- Proficiency in estimation software and MS Excel
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with commercial, retail, or hospitality fit-out projects
- Familiarity with UAE construction regulations and standards
- Arabic language skills are a plus
