Work Time: 8 AM to 6 PM / 6 Days

Job Summary
Khadlaj Perfumes LLC is looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations across the UAE and international markets. The ideal candidate will coordinate between the Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, Accounts, and Production departments to ensure smooth order processing, timely deliveries, and excellent customer service.

The successful candidate should possess strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the perfume, cosmetics, FMCG, or retail industry is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily sales operations and support the sales team.
  • Prepare quotations, sales orders, proforma invoices, and customer documentation.
  • Process customer orders accurately and coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics for timely dispatch.
  • Monitor order status and update customers and sales executives on delivery schedules.
  • Maintain customer records, price lists, and sales databases.
  • Coordinate with Accounts regarding invoices, payments, credit limits, and customer statements.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports using Excel.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues professionally.
  • Coordinate with Production for stock availability and order planning.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of sales records.
  • Support export documentation and shipment coordination whenever required.
  • Follow up with customers regarding pending quotations and orders.
  • Assist in organizing exhibitions, promotional campaigns, and product launches.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and documentation standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or Sales Support Executive.
  • Experience in the Perfume, Cosmetics, FMCG, Manufacturing, or Retail industry is highly preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Arabic language is an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience with ERP systems (Tally, Odoo, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Professional attitude with excellent customer service skills.

Preferred Candidate

  • Currently residing in the UAE.
  • Available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
  • Preference will be given to candidates residing near Sharjah.

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
