Job Title-Fit-Out Estimator
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Fit-Out Estimator to prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for interior fit-out and renovation projects. The role involves reviewing drawings, specifications, BOQs, and tender documents, obtaining supplier/subcontractor quotations, and preparing detailed commercial proposals.
Key Responsibilities
- Review architectural, interior, MEP, and structural drawings and specifications.
- Prepare detailed BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates for fit-out projects.
- Estimate materials, manpower, equipment, subcontractor, and other project costs.
- Analyze tender documents, scope of work, specifications, and contract requirements.
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare tender pricing, comparison sheets, and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with the design, procurement, project, and commercial teams.
- Identify discrepancies, exclusions, risks, and potential variations in tender documents.
- Conduct site visits when required to assess existing conditions and project requirements.
- Maintain a database of material, labor, subcontractor, and supplier rates.
- Assist in value engineering and cost-saving proposals.
- Ensure estimates are submitted accurately and within tender deadlines.
- Support post-tender negotiations and clarification meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in fit-out/interior estimation, preferably in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of interior finishes, joinery, ceilings, flooring, partitions, painting, MEP, and related fit-out works.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings.
- Proficiency in Excel and estimating/quantity take-off software; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of UAE construction practices, suppliers, and subcontractor pricing.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tender deadlines.

Immediate Joining Preferred

Pay: AED9,000.00 – AED12,000.00 per month
