Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in office support or housekeeping (preferably in a marine or industrial company).
- Basic communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
- Friendly, polite, and professional attitude.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work under supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of the office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and washrooms.
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests.
- Assist in handling pantry supplies and ensure adequate stock is maintained.
- Support office staff with photocopying, scanning, filing, and document delivery as required.
- Run office errands, such as collecting or delivering documents within the company or to external parties (if needed).
- Ensure meeting rooms are well-prepared and arranged before and after meetings.
- Assist in receiving visitors and guiding them to the concerned staff or meeting areas.
- Follow company health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Perform any other related duties assigned by the HR/Admin Department.
