Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in office support or housekeeping (preferably in a marine or industrial company).
  • Basic communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
  • Friendly, polite, and professional attitude.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and work under supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness of the office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and washrooms.
  • Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests.
  • Assist in handling pantry supplies and ensure adequate stock is maintained.
  • Support office staff with photocopying, scanning, filing, and document delivery as required.
  • Run office errands, such as collecting or delivering documents within the company or to external parties (if needed).
  • Ensure meeting rooms are well-prepared and arranged before and after meetings.
  • Assist in receiving visitors and guiding them to the concerned staff or meeting areas.
  • Follow company health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Perform any other related duties assigned by the HR/Admin Department.
