Seeking a Civil Estimation Engineer with 2–3 years of UAE experience and a Civil Engineering degree to prepare cost estimates, manage tenders, and ensure compliance with local regulations. Must have expertise in construction methods, estimation software, and cost optimization

Pay: AED3,500.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:

Experience:
- UAE: 2 to 3 Years (Required)
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs for civil construction projects
- Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents
- Conduct quantity take-offs and material/labor cost analysis
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
- Prepare and submit competitive tender proposals
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend cost optimization measures
- Ensure estimates comply with project specifications and applicable UAE regulations
- Coordinate with the technical, procurement, and project teams during the tendering process
