Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Estimation Engineer (Electrical) to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have extensive GCC experience in preparing accurate cost estimates for LV (Low Voltage) and ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems across commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender proposals for LV and ELV systems.
- Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
- Perform quantity take-offs and prepare material, labor, and equipment cost estimates.
- Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Evaluate project risks and recommend cost-effective solutions.
- Coordinate with the engineering, procurement, and project teams during the tender stage.
- Prepare technical and commercial bid submissions within the required deadlines.
- Ensure estimates comply with project specifications, client requirements, and industry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of GCC experience, including 7–8 years of hands-on experience in Electrical Estimation.
- Proven experience in estimating LV and ELV systems.
- Valid Qatar Driving License.
- Valid UPDA Certification (Mandatory).
- NOC from the current sponsor is mandatory.
